A slab of soft milk nougat pressed while still warm between two thin scallion crackers. The salt in the cracker cuts the sweetness, which is exactly why people who say they dislike nougat tend to finish the box anyway. Best eaten at room temperature, when the nougat is chewy rather than firm.
